In 2017, CFG Medical Services, PLLC and Dental Correctional Care, PLLC, were specifically formed to serve the needs of our New York State clients.

The mission of CFG Medical Services, PLLC is to provide essential medical and mental health services to incarcerated individuals consistent with accepted community standards. Our team is committed to continuous improvement of the health and well-being of this underserved population.
Denise Rahaman is our Executive Director of Corrections for CFG Health Systems which serves as the management company for all Corrections line of business. She has considerable senior management experience in correctional, military and general healthcare facilities. With over 30 years in health care, 16 of those in correctional healthcare management, Ms. Rahaman, along with the Corporate Medical Director, Dr. James Neal who also has over 30 years of correctional healthcare experience provide clinical and management oversight of the clinical program sand operations.
