Jill Harrington, HSA at Albany County Correctional Facility, Awarded ‘Manager of the Quarter’

Congratulations to Jill Harrington, HSA at Albany County Correctional Facility, for being nominated 'Manager of the Quarter' for Q4 2019! Jill partnered with the Albany County Sheriff's Office, NY State Health Department, Albany County Health Department and OASAS to bring the first MAT program in a New York County Jail! Rolled out in a three phase process, Jill's dedication, attention to detail, leadership and coordination of medical staff, custody staff, various community partners and the NYS Department of Health allowed for a successful introduction of the MAT program.
