CFG is pleased to announce that Sameerah Moore, MSHM, MHA, LSSBB, CSM, has joined our Corrections Administration team as our Director of Operations. She comes to us with a wealth of correctional healthcare management experience and successes in many roles from HSA to Regional Management positions.

Mrs. Moore serves as the Operations Director in CFG Health Systems LLC with 20 years of experience in the Correctional Healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she held positions as a Health Services Administrator to Regional roles in the New Jersey Jails, Delaware Department of Corrections, and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

As a former Operations Program Manager, Mrs. Moore was responsible for the Health Services of a 5000 Bed Prison Facility in the PA Department of Corrections. Locally, she has served as the Assistant and Health Services Administrator (HSA) at correctional facilities in Gloucester County, Mercer County, and Cumberland County, NJ.

Mrs. Moore received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s Degree in Management (MSHM) from Purdue University, and a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) and completed all but her dissertation toward her Doctoral Degree from Capella University.

Mrs. Moore is a trained Project Management Professional, NJ Certified Assistance Living Administrator (CALA), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (LSSBB), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Outside of corrections, Mrs. Moore has the experience and expertise that includes correctional health care standards, business development, financial management, grant management, process improvement, project management, operations management, staff training and development, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
